Set against a collage of cosmic shards and utopian landscapes, the collection is steeped in the distinct visual language of 1990s futurism: bright, boundless, yet inherently cautionary. From a monstrous cyclops to a god-like, ecstatic beings they engage with cultural myths that warn against ideals which dazzle but do not sustain, probing the nature of belonging in an age of perpetual becoming.
This series frames rebellion as an act of conscious stillness, identity as a reflective practice, and nostalgia as a longing for derailed destinies. Its core inquiry is ontological: Is the sublime found in the pursuit of an ever-receding horizon, or in the conscious decision not to be consumed by its promise?
